Affiliate disclosure

What an affiliate link is

A link that pays us a commission if you buy something after clicking it. It doesn't change the price you pay.

Our rules if we use them

• Every affiliate link is labelled "(affiliate link)" right where it appears, and links back to this page.
• Only non-prescription products (for example a bathroom scale or a book). Never prescription medications, compounded drugs, pharmacies, or services that prescribe.
• Only on public reading pages. Never in the tracker, never on tools where you enter your own numbers, and never in reports.
• A commission never decides what a guide recommends or says.
• Your health data is never shared with an affiliate partner.

These disclosures follow the advertising-disclosure expectations of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and Canada's Competition Bureau. Questions: hello@lightyears.health. See also the advertising policy.
